Brazilian honey is acclaimed worldwide due to its immense quality, purity and also for being completely free of residues. Brazilian bees are Africanized, therefore, more agile and resistant to diseases, to the point that our beekeepers do not use drugs in their hives. Our company and our beekeepers are seeking to meet market demands in terms of food quality and safety. In this sense, among the strategies used are Good Manufacturing Practices; HACCP – Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points;  Organic Certification, including the traceability system from the field to the consumer.
